# How to create Manual Message Templates for WhatsApp?

Manual Messages used to send WhatsApp messages to your customers via Web or App. You can build some templates here so that you can quickly follow up your contacts one by one. 

## Step 1: Go to WhatsApp Integration page

From App Dashboard > Click Your Account > Click **Integrations**

Select the **WhatsApp** option

## Step 2: Open Manual Message Templates


Select **Settings" at **Message Templates**

Select **View Templates** at **Manual Message Templates**

## Step 3: Create Template

Click **Add New Template**

Enter content for Template

**Template name**: Enter the name for the template
**Message**: Enter content for your message.
You can click icon {+} to add dynamic variables

After completing your message template, click **Save**.
