# How to delete my data/account in AVADA?

### 1. For Shopify

All you need to do is deleting AVADA Email Marketing app from your Shopify store. 
We will auto remove your data and account in 3 days after that. 


### 2. For other platforms

Kindly contact our support team to help you delete the account/data. Contact us at livechat inside AVADA app or via win@avada.io
