Cross-sell emails are sent to offer your customers additional products that can go well with what they have bought or have intentions to buy.
In this article, you will be guided on how to create an automation workflow for cross-selling emails. Let’s get started!
Step 1. Select campaign type, preset, and segment
1.1. Select event type, event, and preset
- From the app dashboard, go to “Messages > Automation > New campaign”
- “Select your event type” = “Repeating”
- “Select your event” = “Cross-sell”
- “Select your preset“: There are three options of templates for you: Blank template, Cross-sell 3 emails, Cross-sell 1 email.
Click Save and Next

Step 2. Create a workflow
- Blank template:
The blank template allows you to create a template freely by your wish. You can drag and drop multiple emails, wait time, certain time as you want.
Besides Blank Template, we support 2 premade templates for the Cross-sell, you can select one of them to save time to build email.
- Cross-sell 3 emails
- Cross-sell 1 email
Step 3. Design your email
From the Workflow page, click on the Email item > hit on the Edit button
Cross-sell email template supports several product list blocks that you can use for product recommendation.
You can add a product manually by clicking Edit > Edit the content of Image, Title, Link, Options, Description, Price.
You can load a product automatically by clicking Edit > Click Browse product.
