Step 1: Select campaign type
From the app dashboard, go to “Message > Automation> New Campaign”
Then you will see this page:
– To create Welcome emails for New Subscribers (who leave emails on your subscription box), please select Subscriber & Customer > New Subscriber
– At Condition Segment, you can select a segment/create new or leave it blank to apply to all new subscribers.
– At Select your preset, choose the templates for your welcome email campaign
+ Welcome Subscriber is pre-made workflow (recommend)
+ Bank template requires you to build the email from the beginning
– Click “Save and Next”
Step 2: Edit email workflow
– Here is the pre-made workflow of Welcome email
YOU CAN:
– Edit wait time so send email
– Add wait time/certain time to send email
– Add new email to the workflow
– View/ edit email content by clicking to the edit button
– Make the change you want for email content/deisgn by our Drag and Drop editor.
– Then click “Save” to go live the email and back to workflow to save the workflow if it is completed now
Step 3: Go live campaign
Set a name for your campaign and go live it:
