How to create and save brand contact card

In this article, we will guide you on how to create and send Brand Contact Card in SMS. You can use Brand Contact Card to helps customers quickly save your number.

Please note that Contact Card is sent as a part of MMS for US/CA recipient and as a short link for non US/CA recipient


1. How to create Brand Contact Card



Step 1: Access SMS page


Please head to App > Settings > SMS



Step 2: Setup Brand Contact Cart




- The first thing you need to do is to add your own information including Shop name, Email, Store address and add a custom message. Do not forget to upload your store logo

- When you finish the content, please hit Save button

Step 3: Check the preview version




2. How to save Brand Contact Card



2.1 On IOS devices



- The brand contact cart will be included in your SMS if you anable this function. Here is an example of how the cart looks like in a SMS. As a customer, you can click on the link to see contact card information



- To save the card, please click on the icon > choose Contact






- The last step is to hit Save button




2.2 On Android devices



- Here is an example of SMS which is sent to an Android device



- Please click on Download button to start saving Brand Contact Card



- Hit Save button and confirm your action again





- Congratulations! You got it
