Why I can not pay my subscription?

In some cases, you can not pay your subscription for AVADA Email Marketing app. The warning message appears as follow




That can be due to one of the reason below
- Your card is expired
- The balance is not enough
- Technical reason

Please follow our guide to process your payment.

Step 1


Access app > Subscription > Manager your subscription



Step 2


Please click on Payment methods > Edit Payment method





After that, please fulfill required information of a new credit cart that is payable



Step 3


Find AVADA email invoice and click on Pay now
