Can I use AVADA Marketing Automation for fee?
Yes, you can install the Free plan of AVADA Marketing Automation (allow up to 500 contacts and 15k emails/month).
Will the Trial allow me to access all features of your paid plan?
You can use almost all features in Pro and Advanced plan in Trial. Except the sending limit is 500 emails/day and you can send test SMS only.

How does AVADA SMS pricing work?
AVADA SMS pricing is separately charged from your Pro/Enterprise Plan. You need to buy SMS credits before sending and you only pay for the number of SMS you sent out. SMS or MMS price is calculated based on the country you send them to (recipients’ countries)
What if I exceed the contact limit or send limit a month?
When you nearly exceed your contact and send limit in Free plan, you will be notified in the app. Also, your sending is temporarily stopped when you reach the limit.
Will I be charged when the Trial ends?
The Trial lasts for 14 days from the moment you installed AVADA. We only charge you after you confirm to upgrade your plan. If not, when trial ends, you will be back to use the Free plan of AVADA Marketing Automation.
How do you calculate pricing of AVADA Marketing Automation?
Your monthly cost will be calculated based on the total sendable contacts in AVADA. (We do not charge Bounce, Invalid, Complaint, Unsubscribed contacts). The price can be changed if your contact count changes. In Pro plan, price is $9/month if your contact count is less than 500. Over 500 contacts, the price will increase. Similarly, in the Advanced plan, the price is $49/month if your contact count is less than 2500. Over 2500 contacts, the price will increase.
What if my SMS credits run out? Does my SMS campaign stop?
To avoid SMS credits running out, you can set a recharge amount and a recharge limit. For example, if you run SMS Automation, and you do not want it to stop suddenly, you can set auto re-charge $50 when SMS credits get below $10.
Why I can not pay my subscription?
In some cases, you can not pay your subscription for AVADA Email Marketing app. The warning message appears as follow That can be due to one of the reason below Your card is expired The balance is not enough Technical reason Please follow our guide to process your payment. Why is undelivered SMS charged?
When is an SMS marked as "Undelivered"? Sometimes, your message is mark as "Undelivered" because of the following common reasons: The To number is unknown or no longer in service. The 'To' number is unreachable - the device is likely powered down, out of the service area, or may not accept your messages. The destination carrier is filtering out your messages for delivery. Your message has been blocked from reaching the destination. The destination is a landline phone, or the d
If I don’t use up all SMS credits for a month, will I lose that money?
No. If you buy $100 SMS credits, this month you send $50, you can use the rest to send SMS next month.
Which platform does AVADA Marketing Automation support?
AVADA Marketing Automation currently supports Shopify and Magento 2.
How can I pay for my subscription?
You will be charged by Shopify billing (for Shopify stores) and pay with Paypal or Credit Card (for Magento stores).
Which kind of contacts do you charge?
We will only count your sendable contacts in AVADA to calculate price. Contacts are excluded from charge are Bounce, Invalid, Complaint, Unsubscribed contacts.

How to delete my data/account in AVADA?
1. For Shopify All you need to do is deleting AVADA Email Marketing app from your Shopify store. We will auto remove your data and account in 3 days after that. 2.
