How to Add Store's Contact Information in an SMS
Many laws require that you include your contact information in commercial electronic message, including SMS and email. Such information can be your store's address, name, or website, whatever the customers can use to contact.
These details can be too many characters in and SMS, so it's better that we have a marked link that provides these types of information. In this guide, let's see how to add contact information into your SMS with a link like that. The feature is available for both SMS campaign and automation workflow.
Inside the Campaigns tab, click on any existing SMS campaign or create a new one and go to the Content step. You will notice a small button to add variables into the SMS's content inside the box that contains copy. Click on it as you see in the image below.
After clicking on, the Available Variables table will appear. These variables are short code set up by AVADA, which will automatically fill in the information that matches the code. For example, if you add in the {{shop_website}} variable, your store website will be what your recipients see in the variable's place when they receive your SMS.
All the variables that you can use for your contact information include:
Shop name: {{shop_name}}
Shop address: {{shop_address}}
Shop website: {{shop_website}}
For an SMS inside an automation workflow, you need to locate the SMS, click on it and the Edit button to start customizing the SMS. The steps after remain the same as above since the interface for SMS edit is still the same.

If you use AVADA's built-in contact information functionality for SMS, recipients who open your contact information link will not be counted toward the message's click rate. This way, if you have two links in the SMS message ( such as one going to a product page and the other leading to the contact information page), only those who click through the link to the product page are counted.
The contact information variable pulls the contact information from your account's store setting. To edit this information, navigate to Settings -> General.
