How to create Manual Message Templates for WhatsApp?

Manual Messages used to send WhatsApp messages to your customers via Web or App. You can build some templates here so that you can quickly follow up your contacts one by one.

Step 1: Go to WhatsApp Integration page

From App Dashboard > Click Your Account > Click Integrations




Select the WhatsApp option

Step 2: Open Manual Message Templates

Select Settings" at Message Templates**




Select View Templates at Manual Message Templates

Step 3: Create Template

Click Add New Template




Enter content for Template




Template name: Enter the name for the template
Message: Enter content for your message.
You can click icon {+} to add dynamic variables



After completing your message template, click Save.
