How to manage Push Notification subscribers?

Filter Push Notification subscribers

Similar to Email or SMS channel, Push Notification also have separate subscribers.

To filter a segment of Push Notification subscribers, please go to Audiences > Create segment

Select Push Notification Status = subscribed






Then you will see a list of Push Notification subscribers. You can save this as a segment to use later.

Create segment for Push Notification Topics

Similarly, please go to Audiences > Create segment > Select Push Notification Topics





Choose the topic you want to create segment, then Save segment to use later. This segment can be used in sending campaign or automation.
