Sometimes, you need to contact specific customers personally, now this function is available on AVADA.
To send Email, SMS manually for each contact, follow some simple steps below:

Step 1: Select the Contact you want to Send Email/SMS

From App dashboard > Audiences > Click the icon (see image) at the contact you want to send



Step 2: Send Emails/SMS to selected contact

2.1 Send Email



- Sender: Select sender for email. Sender list only includes senders belong to Both type (Transactional & Marketing) or Transactional
- Subject: Enter the subject line for the email. Variables can be added to the subject.



- Email Content: Type the content for your email
After entering the full content, press Send to send email to selected contact



After successfully sent, the activity will be saved to the contact's timeline



Click View message to view the content of the email you just sent



2.2 Send SMS

- Select SMS option:



- Import SMS text



- Click icon emoji (image below) to add emoji to SMS



- Click icon variable (image below) to add variables to SMS content



- Click the icon photo to add a photo to the SMS. Images can be added via some ways: Upload, Enter image URL, Media Library, Free Stock Images



- Click the icon embed link to enable/disable shorten link



- After editing all the content, press Send to send the SMS
- The activity will be saved to the contact's timeline



- Click View message to view the message content



- Click See full conversation to view detailed SMS Conversation information of the contact
