How to send manual WhatsApp messages?
AVADA support Automation WhatsApp message and Manual WhatsApp messages.
In this guide, let's learn about how you can send manual WhatsApp messages from different pages in AVADA.
Send messages from Live Cart
Live Carts saved all customers' carts in different stages. You can send WhatsApp messages to each customer right here.
For example: if you see one customer is shopping and they put a high value item to cart. You can send them direct WhatsApp message to offer them a discount, which make them buy quickly.
Step 1: Go to Live Carts Page
- Go to App > Report > Live Carts
- Click to a cart to see the details of items
- Click WhatsApp icon of the cart you want to contact
Step 2: Select Template
- Click Use template to load your Manual Message templates
- Or you can directly enter the message here
If use template. you can select one of them here:
Step 3: Send Message
Click Send via WhatsApp to send a message
Then it will open WhatsApp Web, click "Continue to chat" to send your message to selected contact
Send message from Abandoned Cart list
Step 1: Go to the Abandoned Cart Report
- From App > Report > Abandoned Carts
- Click WhatsApp icon of the cart you want to contact
Step 2: Select Template
- Click Use template to load your Manual Message templates
- Or you can directly enter the message here
If use template. you can select one of them here:
Step 3: Send Message
Click Send via WhatsApp to send a message
Then it will open WhatsApp Web, click "Continue to chat" to send your message to selected contact
Send message from Audiences page
Step 1: Open Audience page
- From App dashboard > Audiences
- Click WhatsApp icon of the contact you want to message
Step 2: Log in to your WhatsApp account to text with your contact
