How to send Push Notification Campaign?

Step 1: Create Push Notification campaign

From App Dashboard > Campaigns > New campaign




Click on Push Notification > Click Next




Select a Push Notification Template > Click Next

Step 2: Edit Content

Title: Enter and edit the title for the notification
Content: Enter and edit Content for notification
Click action: Enter the URL you want to redirect when the customer clicks on the notification



Logo: Add an image of the logo you want to display in the notification
Image: Add another image you want to display in the notification, can be a new product image, a banner...
Note: You can click Send test to preview the notification you are setting up. After clicking "Send test", you need to allow Notifications for your browser to see the AVADA Notification preview.

After editing all the content, click Next button to go to the next step

Step 3: Ready

General information

Name: Enter the Name for the campaign
Description: Enter the description for the campaign. This is optional field.
Add tags to this newsletter campaign: Click the icon and add tags to the campaign
Add UTM tags for Google Analytics tracking: Tick ​​*Add UTM tags for Google Analytics tracking** to set up tracking UTM for your URL in push notifications

Who to send this newsletters

Add segment: Click Add segment to add a list of contacts who want to send notification notifications
Send to my subscribers list only: Check the option to send the list of registered contacts to receive notifications
Send to subscribers who opt-in for specific topics only: Check the option and select the topic to send notifications only to the list of contacts who have registered the topic

When to send

Send Now: Campaign will be sent immediately after you live it
Schedule: Click Schedule and select Send at and Timezone to send the campaign at the desired time




Expire notification after: Enter duration you want to save Push Notification. After this time, a notification will be expired and cannot show anymore.

Step 4: Complete the campaign

After editing the information, click Finish > Choose Go live to live and send the campaign
