Please note that Smart Sending and Quite Hours are only available for SMS

I/ Smart Sending

1. Why you should use Smart Sending ?

Smart sending makes sure you do not send too many messages to a customer in a period of time. It is available for all SMS campaigns and SMS messages in marketing automation.

It will not apply to messages in transactional automation such as Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation, Refund Confirmation and Abandoned Cart message without coupon. You can choose whether to use it or not in each message and campaign.

2. How to use it?

Step 1: Access SMS settings

To use Smart Sending, please access Settings > SMS > Smart Sending



Step 2: Configure Smart Sending time

Enter the number of hours to the required field. Campaign will not be sent to customes who has recieved a message in the given period



II/ Quiet hours

1. Why you should use Quiet Hours?

It’s often said that the most effective marketing strategy for brands is to reach the right customer, in the right channel, at the right time. Using Quiet Hours, you can is a great way to ensure appropriately timed communication with your leads. That definitely helps you boost your campaign performance.

You can set set a window of time to ensure that all the SMS message will stop sending and will continue sending after quite hours is over.

2. How to use it?

Step 1: As always, the first step to start using this function is Enable.

Step 2: Configure Quiet Hours

- Please select the quite period ( From - To) and timezone if you want to set quite hours set according to the time zone you have listed in your Company Information



- Quite Hours can be also configured based on customer timezone



Step 3: Hit Save button
