Guide to Dashboard report

When you log into your AVADA account, we will bring you to the dashboard right away. Here, the Overall Analytics board can give you valuable details about your store performance of both automation workflows and campaigns, as well as provide a Leaderboard for your top performing assets.

In this guide, you will learn about the data available in the Overall Analytics board and how to read it.

How to read the Dashboard report



To access the Dashboard report, at the Dashboard, click on Overall Analytics, you will see a report like in the image below.



In this section, your data is divide into two board and its own interactive elements.

1. Overall analytics of both Automation and Campaigns





In this board, you can view overall report of your account on these data:

Total Revenue: The amount of revenue taken from your store platform's report (Shopify or Magento 2).
AVADA Revenue: The amount of revenue generated by AVADA for your store (Automation or Campaign).
Revenue per Contact: Revenue generated by each contact inside AVADA.
Conversion: The percentage of recipients purchasing your products through automation and campaigns.
Sent: The number of emails and SMS sent
Emails Opened: The percentage of emails get opened by recipients.
Emails Clicked: The percentage of recipients that clicked on links inside your emails.
SMS Clicked: The percentage of recipients that clicked on links inside your SMSs.

You can also change the period of the board to view the analytics on a different time range. You can select existing time ranges or put in your custom period. Hit on the Reload button if you want to refresh the data.



2. Leaderboards





In this board, you can view the top performing campaigns or automations with data on Sent, Opened, Clicked, Converted, Revenue, and Unsubscribed. Each of these data can be selected to show the Leaderboards from the highest to lowest with each data. You can click on Automation And Campaign to view the separate leaderboard for each type.

Again, you can choose existing time ranges or insert your custom time period to view data in the duration you wish to. Hit the Reload button if you want to refresh the data.
