Guide to Forms Reports
Reports on email and SMS is only a part of the big picture in interacting with your subscribers. You can also measure the success of collecting subscribers and dive into the details with AVADA's Forms reports.
Follow these steps to read reports on forms.
Go to Forms, and click on any form.
Inside, you can see the Report board at the top of the page, this gives data on Impression, Conversion, and Conversion rate
Impression: The number of times that the popup form was viewed by your site's visitors. This metric is calculated through your eCommerce platform.
Conversion: The number of emails that the popup form collected. If you enable double opt-in, these emails are not necessarily considered subscribers yet.
Conversion rate: This metric equals the number of emails collected divided by the impression. It shows the proportion of the form's viewers and people who actually inserted their information.
After viewing the report of your form, you can decide if this is the type of popup that your site visitors prefer or not, then implement adjustments for better performance in the future.
If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you can see the section of collected contacts. This will show you the collected email address, status (subscribed/ unsubscribed), and the collecting time.
