How to integrate with Air Reviews
Connect with Air Reviews
Please make sure you install both Air Reviews and Marketing Automation app.

-- Install Email Marketing app here
Step 1: Get API Key at AVADA Marketing Automation
Click on your account at the top right corner. Select the Manage keys page

In Manage keys page, copy the App ID and Secret key
If the App does not have a Secret key shown, then press the Generate Key button to generate the key

Step 2: Paste the App ID and Secret key into Air Reviews app
From Air Reviews App > go to Integration > AVADA Marketing Automation

Paste the keys in the corresponding position > Click the Connect button

After successful connection, it will show:

Set up the email in AVADA Marketing Automation
Method 1: Build email from blank template
Step 1: From app dashboard > Automation > New workflow > Select Blank Template

Step 2: Select EVENT TYPE as Buying and select the event as Review submission. Click Next and continue to setup the campaign

Method 2: Use AVADA pre-built template
Step 1: App EM > Automation > New workflow > Select the template as shown below

Step 2: Click Next to continue setting up the campaign

Step 3: Setup Workflow and conditions for the campaign and continue to complete the campaign
