How to use AVADA Email Marketing's Reports?

1. Dashboard report




1.1. Overall analytics of both Automation and Campaigns





To get an overall report:

- Step 1: Going to App > Dashboard

- Step 2: Choose the period you want to view the report

The default period is the most recent 30 days.
You can choose among suggested periods here: 





Set the time in From and To box



Once done, hit on the Apply button.




- Step 3: View the report

1.2 Leaderboards







- Step 1: Going to App > Dashboard

- Step 2: Choose the period you want to view the report

The default period is the most recent 30 days.
You can choose among suggested periods here: 




Set the time in From and To box



Once done, hit on the Apply button

- Step 3: Check the List Campaign is shown
- Filter List Campaign

Click Opened to see a list of campaigns with the highest to lowest opened index.




Click Opened again. The list of campaigns is arranged by the Opened index from lowest to highest. 



Click Automation or Campaigns to view corresponding reports.




2. Report



- Going to App > Reports to view reports
- Choose the report type you want to view




2.1 Overall analytics







2.2. Performance



The report is displayed as a chart.




Choose the period you want to show the report. 




Move your mouse to any points on the chart to see the statistics.




Tap the icons of the indicators when you do not want to show them on the screen. 




2.3. Leaderboards




Display a list of automation campaigns by Sent index from highest to lowest. 




Choose a period to view the report. 




Select the Filter List according to the desired indicators by clicking on that indicator. 




2.4. Email Metrics






Display Email List by Sent index from highest to lowest. 

Choose the period to show. 




Select the Filter List according to the desired indicators by clicking on that indicator. 




3. Reports on each campaign




3.1. Automation



Going to App > Messages > Automation, choose the Campaign, then select the Report tab of the Campaign




3.2. Newsletter Campaigns



Going to App > Messages > Campaigns, choose the Campaign, then select the Report tab of the Campaign. 




Another way is to click on the Campaign shown at Leaderboards of the Reports
