Signup Form Performance Reports
After you publish a signup form, you will want to analyze how it is performing, so that you can iterate and optimize. AVADA not only lets you collect new subscribers but also measures your success and dives into the details with the Signup Forms' Reports.

AVADA signup form reports
To view the performance of a specific form, first navigate to the Forms section from your dashboard. Here, you will see a list of all the forms in your account, including Draft and Live forms.
It's only possible to see the performance of Live signup forms. If you hover the mouse over a Live form, you can see its Conversion Rate immediately. You'll also see the number of views and collected leads right below.
When you click into a form that is in Live mode, you will then see the Reports section.
- Impression. The number of times the form is viewed.
- Conversion. The number of emails collected via the form.
- Conversion rate. This equals the number of emails collected divided by impressions.
- Collected contacts. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you can see the section of collected contacts. This will show you the collected email address, status (subscribed/ unsubscribed), and the collecting time.
