How to create Newsletter Campaign?
Newsletter Campaign is used to send mass emails when you want to notify your customers about seasonal Sales programs, Updates, New policies on your shop.
This article will guide you on how to create Newsletter Campain with two types of email editors:
- Drag & Drop
- Rich text editor
Here we go!
Step 1: Select Template
Go to "Campaigns", then click "New campaign"
Next, choose Email Campaign
Then it open a page allow you to select email template. Click on the template you want to use and then Next to go to edit it.
Note: Here we support 2 types of email editor Drag & drop and Rich text editor. If you select any pre-built template, it will be in Drag & Drop editor.
Or you can look for a template by "Type":
Step 2: Edit Content
Here you can customize the newsletter content as your wish.
2.1. For Drag & Drop editor
2.1.1 Email Information:
Please make sure you set up sender, reply to and subject line as your wish
- From: Click to choose a sender for the email.
- To: Enter the recipient's email address. The default value can be used.
- Subject: Enter the subject for the email. You can add variables to the content of the subject by clicking the button at the end of the subject line and inserting the value you want to add.
- Click Email Booster will display another field: Second email subject to enter one more subject for the email. This function will allow the app to automatically resend the email with the second email subject entered and still keep the email content if after 48 hours the customer has not opened the previous email.
- Click Preheader and add content. Recipient will get an email with Email Preheader right after Subject instead of showing a part of email content.
- Click and enter the email address you want to Cc or Bcc to. Email addresses are separated by a comma. Note: Do not enter the same email address for Bcc and Cc.
- Reply to: Select the email address to receive the customer's reply.
2.1.2. Drag and drop editor
You can add items to email template using the menu at left side
You can edit each component in email template using the right section

Send test email
Click Send test button, then add an email address, then hit the Send button to send test:
2.2. For Rich text editor
2.2.1 Email Information
- From: Click to choose a sender for the email.
- To: Enter the recipient's email address. The default value can be used.
- Subject: Enter the subject for the email. You can add variables to the content of the subject by clicking the button at the end of the subject line and inserting the value you want to add.
- Click Email Booster will display another field: Second email subject to enter one more subject for the email. 2.2.2 Email Content Editor
- After editing the email content, you can click on the Preview tab to preview the content of the email.
- You can use the editor toolbar available above email content to edit the email format.
- Click the button above to insert available variables into the email content.
- Send test email
Click the Send Test button, then enter the email address to receive the test email, and then click the Send button to test sending the email.
Step 3: Setting
Sender & Subject
- Sender: Click and select a sender
- Email Subject: Add a subject line
- Email Booster: Tick to select this option and add subject. A second batch of email will be sent to the one who did not open the first email in 48 hours.
- Use preheader: Click Preheader and add content. Recipient will get an email with Email Preheader right after Subject instead of showing a part of email content.
- Send to my subscribers list only: Tick to send your Subscribed contacts only.
- View list contact: Click to view who will receive this campaign:
Name: Add a title for the campaign
Description: Add description for the campaign
Tag: Choose new tag for the campaign
Add UTM tags for Google Analytics tracking: Tick to setup UTM tag. More information here
How to share you campaign: Auto post this newsletter to Facebook Page. More information here
Click "Next" to move on.
Review Campaign: Showing Sender, email subject, recipients of the campaign
When to send this newsletter:
- Send Now: Send right after go live.
- Schedule: You can set the time for the email to be sent out.
After setting, hit Finish, then choose Keep as draft or Go live.
Here will display the email address, content, time, and status of emails sent for each campaign
Here shows some statistics for each campaign
- Sent: Number of emails sent by campaign
- Opened: The number of times the customer clicks to open the email
- Clicked: The number of times the customer clicks on a button or link in the email
- Unsubscribed: Number of emails clicked unsubscribe
- Converted: The converted product number when the customer clicks on the link at the email
- Revenue: The total amount of the product purchased when the customer clicks on the link at the email.

2.2.2 Email Content Editor
- After editing the email content, you can click on the Preview tab to preview the content of the email.

Step 4: Review & Send
Review Campaign: Showing Sender, email subject, recipients of the campaign
When to send this newsletter:
