How to enable Store Tracking function for Magento store?
AVADA supports you to track customers/visitors activities on your site. Based on those tracked activities, you can send them a reminder emails for Abandoned Product View or Abandoned Page View.
In some cases, you can not make it work even you are using the lastest verion of SMTP module. In this article, we will guide you on how to enable tracking for Magento 2 store
The first step you need to do is to integrate AVADA Email Marketing with your store.
Please follow this instruction to process the integration
Go to your Magento 2 Dashboard > Stores > Configuration > Marketing Automation > Configuration
Tracking Enable = Yes and then Save Configuration
Please go to App > Settings > Tracking Store
Toggle the button to enable the function
