How to Export All Contacts in a Segment
In AVADA, you can export all contacts in any segment to a CSV or plain text file. This guide will walk you through the export process, so let's explore!
- Navigate to the Audiences section from your app dashboard
- Click Segments and choose the segment you want to export. For example, we choose the "Gmail subscribers" segment to export all contacts.
When the segment is opened, click the Action icon next to Add tag, and choose Export.
In the popup, choose export All contacts in this segment, and pick the type of export file you want. You can choose between a CSV file or plain text file.
Click Export to complete the action. The export process can take several minutes, depending on the size of your list.

After successfully exporting, the app will display a popup as shown below. Click on the links to download the exported file.
To view exported files in AVADA, head to Audiences > Manage Files.
Here shown all imported and exported files. You can choose to view exported files in the Export section. All the files cannot be downloaded after 14 days from the created date (the expired status).
