How to import contacts from Klaviyo to AVADA
If you are migrating from another email marketing platform to AVADA, importing contacts is one of the important steps that should be done along the way.
In this article, we will guide you on how to bring over your contacts from Klaviyo to AVADA Email Marketing Automation
Login to your account at Klaviyo and select Account
Navigate to Setttings > API Keys
Click on Create Private Key and coply the newly created key
Login to your account at AVADA Email Marketing > Integration > Klaviyo
Enter Private API Key and then Connect to Klaviyo
Sync all Klaviyo lists : Please enable this function if you want to import all contact from Klaviyo. When it is disabled, you can choose to sync one or more contact lists from Klaviyo to AVADA
Enable Tag all synced contacts with Klaviyo : Once this function is active, all imported contacts will be tagged with "Klaviyo" automatically. Thanks to this option, you can filter and segment Klaviyo contacts with ease
Select Sync contacts > Confirm > See all contacts and you will be directed to Audience page
You can check import activity status via Activities tab at the top right
To help you keep track of contact synchronization activites, we retrieve the Sync History with Date (the sync date), No. of contact (number of contacts) and No. of list (contact list)
If this is the second time you import contacts from Klaviyo to AVADA, please use Re-sync option. Please hit Re-sync contacts button > Confirm > See all contacts and you will be directed to Audience page once the importing process finishes
If you want to stop connection to Klaviyo, please hit Disconnect > Confirm

Login to your account at AVADA Email Marketing > Integration > Klaviyo
Enter Private API Key and then Connect to Klaviyo
3. Step 3: Settings and sync contacts
Sync all Klaviyo lists : Please enable this function if you want to import all contact from Klaviyo. When it is disabled, you can choose to sync one or more contact lists from Klaviyo to AVADA
